Personally think it's been coming for years with the amount of owners that have came though the club with none being able to make it sustainable.

If they go bust and Rafa leaves NUFC, it’s a great time to start a phoenix club.

You’ve got to question the motives for buying, we can all accept the motives for selling, but buying? Gateshead and any business that brings in cash if ‘managed right’ in terms of how to squeeze that cash out is a lucrative cash cow, even little old Gateshead.

That’s what MA bought us for, his own personal cash cow which he’s cleverly been doing with the club for over a decade now, the entire structure of the club and how it’s run designed solely to allow him to ‘legally’ take out large sums of money in the tens and tens of millions.

Money he’s tricked everyone into believing belongs to him and is his to take and not the club or the business’ which he claims he personally loaned the club from his own pockets under the guise of interest free loans.

Lies, lies, lies!

I guarantee MA hasnt put a single penny of his own money into the club because he doesn’t have any money or didn’t. He blew it all on buying the club in the first place which went into the pockets of the Halls, Shepherds and other shareholders not the club.

He blew the rest of it on buying back SD shares, other businesses, a divorce, partying, drinking, Rolexwatchrd, flashy cars, homes, gigantajeans, friends for hire, PR, boats, holidays, a helicopter and of course, at the casino and it’s at the casino where he learned the art of how to scam, scheme and skim free cold hard cash out of a business.

We’ve got it all wrong with Mike who I take back whatever I’ve said about him being a s*** businessman, he’s a genius, an evil genius I have to say in that he doesn’t care about nothing but money and how much of it he can make from scratch and to hell with who he tramples on along the way.

Its not about making SD more money or any malice towards Newcastle supporters or not understanding anything about football. It’s just business, it’s about making MA money and lots of it, money for nothing.

When MA one day sells NUFC, he will have skimmed whatever he paid for the club from the coffers getting his money back, paid to him from bogus loans and of course, all the money from the sale price on top. Guess who wins again...

When he said Rafa can have every extra penny the club makes to spend, what he forgot to say was not before and only after my cut.

MA has literally made the club pay for him to be the owner...

Financed by fans at crazy interest rates.

Withdraw your money and he goes, until then he’s going nowhere even if he gets whatever he paid for the club back out of the club, money for nothing remember...

Watch this space... I’d be up for contributing in any way I could to a inter-city club set up to give both sides of the River a club to support. I wouldn’t even mind if it was based in Gateshead, cheaper land etc.

The rise of North and South Shields probably hasn't helped either. That Gateshead Stadium 'deal' was a killer too. I can't think of anywhere else they could play their games near Gateshead though.

Aye, evil genius was a bit OTT!

I stand by my words though, NUFC is a cash cow for MA and he is taking money out he never put in. Not out of his own personal money anyway. Once he gets what he paid for the club, he will then sell us. Everything he’s done since he took over has been deliberate, calculated and designed to siphon off money from the club. If only someone would investigate the accounts properley...

What rise of North Shields?
North Shields refuse to be promoted (they have to in future), but the club actively doesn’t want to progress.

Probably to save themselves though, some clubs can't handle the extra costs of being in a higher division.

I get why they are reluctant to go up, I just don’t understand how OCK is saying they are on a rise, they arn’t. South Shields, yeah ok, Blyth, yeah, heck even Morpeth have had ambition and some sort of rise in the last few years. North Shields haven’t though.

Good luck to them.

Read earlier if the artist formerly known as Gateshead FC apply for relegation it might f*** the phoenix club getting reasonable pyramid status. Hopefully won’t be the case. Original will surely go bust sooner rather than later.

The problem I believe, is the extra travel costs involved with moving up the pyramid.

Whats gone on then exactly? I've barely followed it. Is it a case of asset stripping by an owner or what?
