  1. I think we should just ban Froggy for the duration of Ashworth’s gardening leave.

    Ryan Fraser

    £4.5m to Rangers?
  3. James

    Anthony Gordon

He’s basically Craig Bellamy, but nice.

    Next season

This season I think the CL and cup draws were a real problem as they really sapped the squad in the Autumn months. this will keep happening for future CLs unless we build up our coefficient. Assuming we are in ECL then this is a chance to build it a bit.

    Jacob Murphy

Murphy is twice the player ASM ever was

True. if we do have to sell to further upgrade our squad we do now have assets. Murphy - £30m Almiron - £20m Willock - £50m Wilson - £15m Targett - £10m Trippier - £10m £130m of fees we can obtain fairly straightforwardly. Selling Pope is also an option depending on GK plans. Then we probably get Hall, Tosin and Kelly quickly. They replace Targett and fill some other gaps in our current squad. one or two strikers needed to be second fiddle to Isak. Ideally one of these can play RW RW would be the marquee signing. Minteh can have a back up role depending on how we replace Wilson. Otherwise we can either loan or sell him too. Willock is not directly replaced as we have a lot of CMs. We would need to make a call between Krafth and a new signing for Right Back to cover Tino.

When are people going to wake up to the fact that much like Joelinton is now an £80m player, Murphy is a £30m player. Frustratingly he is probably the FFP solution.
  8. No they showed him the HTT golf course dossier
  9. I read somewhere that his injury record is worse than Owen’s. This will happen to some of our other players by the way due to Howe’s training methods.
  10. This is Howe’s third season with us really. first two seasons were near perfect, but he essentially placed himself where questions start being asked whether he is a good manager or an elite manager. i really hope he pushes on and succeeds with us. Next season is massive because this season really showed three or four flaws to his managerial capabilities - all are redeemable but next year he has to show that he has learnt from mistakes made this season. these are the four question marks: 1. Workload management 2. injury management 3. is he too loyal to certain players? 4. Tactical adaptability
  11. So long as Arsenal don’t lose to Man Utd, and Man City win the cup final we have two routes into Europe: 1. Beat Brighton and Brentford. 2. Beat Man Utd Chelsea vs us is a complete lottery now but getting the better of Man Utd should be our ultimate aim. Im fairly indifferent between the two European competitions, we’ll enjoy either.
