  1. Just glad we kept it 0-0. Palace playing with confidence and high intensity. Hopefully a few tweaks at half time and fresh legs around 60th minute against tiring Palace legs and we can snatch something here.
  2. Hope it's a 3-4-3 more than it's a 4-3-3 considering how well Burn has performed at CB.
  3. He's up against Burn, Schar and White(?) so it'd be pretty bad if he didn't win
  4. Palmer signed a 6 year contract + 1 year option. Shame for him. Could have named his price in 2 years or so if he keeps up his form.
  5. The only difference from that midfield (when it isn't crippled by injuries) and the one that actually got 4th is that Miley has developed further and we've brought in Tonali. How is it not a top 4 set of midfielders?
  6. That Wan Bissaka or the Coventry players foot?
  7. It sucks, but if it is offside it is offside. I'd want them to be absolutely sure if that is a team scoring a potentially illegitimate goal against us in a semi final. Edit: Haven't seen the situation in detail myself, so above is a general statement rather than saying a potentially wrong call is right.
  8. What a shit day of football. Only saving grace will be to listen in to some West Ham youtube channels while playing FM.
  9. MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEH time to turn off the footy? Unfortunately West Ham is away so can't even view that as their track field stadium empties.
  10. Meh. Villa-Bournemouth it is then.
  11. Wharton, Olise & Eze taking the piss out of West Ham.
  12. Classic West Ham/Moyes result. They'll claw back a goal before the game is over when Palace starts to slow things down, then go on to draw their next against Liverpool or something silly.
  13. They've been missing key players in that period though, mainly Guehi, Doucoure, Eze & Olise?
  14. Aye, its the players not quite good enough that rarely get any playing time despite how many games the better players have played. Both club and international managers feel obligated to field their best team due to being judged on results. Fans expectations in general is that managers should field the best available team in all competitions. It is starting to burn out more and more players, and some players ruin their career due to it. I'd prefer to scrap one of the international breaks to help avoid fixture congestion, and scrap the league cup entirely as a starting point.
  15. There's too many games for top level players these days, especially those that compete in 1 league, 2 domestic cups, 1 european cup + international games. Something has to be done to reduce that amount. Not sure this is the way to go though.
