Mate honestly, that are proper cunts. All happy to come along and tell someone who’s just bought nothing more than a pile of stones that they need to rebuild it as the castle it was in 1452, and won’t take no for an answer, yet unwilling to work with people in alternative plans. One episode of grand designs should be enough to make anyone realise what a pack of Roy Croppers they are.

English heritage are a pack of bastards though.

One of the main ones would be getting permission from the Freeman of the city, although there are rumbling that they are receptive of an offer of a land swap. In the location the video depicted, it would mean taking out a bandstand area. Technically it could be relocated though, and was massively damaged a few years back and had to be virtually rebuilt then.
  4. Hard to say what we’ll want for him though really. I don’t think he’s going for mega money.

Aye, rebuild for me, not with that design though.
  6. I don’t think Miggy is keen on Saudi like, he could have went in the summer. I honestly think he’ll go back to the MLS.
  7. Aye, glad PIF stayed away from forming a partnership with them. They had red flags all over, even before their move for Everton. Just a group of chancers punting everything they have into football, hoping it will pay off, like a nerdy kid trying make crypto investments work.
  8. This, if we could get £10m-£15m for him, then that would pay for the first year of a £50m replacement where the costs are amortised over a 5 year contract. We are then starting to look at the likes of Jonathan David who is at Lille and will only have a year left on his contract come the summer.
  9. I prefer the one before that to be honest. I’m not keen on the 70’s style bubble writing, or with the C being upside down.
  10. I know papers like to put a doom perspective on things, but apparently the Everton 777 is about to collapse and they maybe placed into administration.
  11. I think this is fair. They bring out some absolute stunning ones, but a lot are quite forgettable, especially towards the end of their time here the last time. As others have said though, I guess it’s their quality standards, their distribution network, and their offering outside of shirts. If they do a remake of the classics, then again that will make many fans very happy.
  12. Nah, Man City are in end of season mode now.
  13. Howay man, I was obviously trying to portray some who have any sort of passion.
  14. West Ham, and Millwall are the only real evidence of football fans existing in London.
