Actually his brother (and maybe him too, it's a bit weird) sued the club he coached (and got sacked, after he tried to sack all the coaching staff) to court, and turned out that they had faked a chairman's signature to some contract. They made it look like he was a free agent at the end of August, which he wasnt. That will most likely go down well with UEFA...
