The thing is they actually have some decent players. Look at what Coyle did at Bolton without making so many changes. If Coyle was at Blackburn for example he would certainly use those players far more effectively. Allardyce plays Roberts alone upfront and leaves Kalinic, and the Diouf from Man U on the bench all the time, and those two look really talented and would likely make a good partnership up top.
