Tbf, I have a friend from Pakistan who smells like curry all the time. I left a shirt over his house once and got it back like three weeks later and it smelled completely of curry.

 

Not that I would call him a curryhead though.

It's the 'all the time' bit that got me.

Seriously, he'll put cologne on and still smell like curry. I don't get it.

Sounds like Ashley has competition for the most mental owner in football. Twitter rumours are that the owners were deeply unimpressed when Allardyce failed to agree with their suggested transfer targets: Geovanni and Kris Boyd!

Quite often in discussions about racism people come out with lines like "I've got a friend from Pakistan", although they usually have the sense to stop there before adding "who smells like curry all the time"

I love a good curry but when people smell of it all the time it just becomes annoying.

What am I supposed to say? Just a casual observation about what he smells like.

I think he would however I don't think the fans will make him very welcome, bit like we didn't!
