We can only spend 70% of our revenue in anyway, so allowing us to spend 5 times more than say Sheffield United’s revenue, which would be about £525m is pointless, because our revenue is only about £250m, and we can only spend 70% of that in anyway. The anchoring proposals are not scrapping the 70% rules brought in place last week.

As someone who drives an HGV, and actually passed my test with the same company, maybe I could clarify. A lot of people do their HGV for horse boxes, usually you only need a C1 licence for horse boxes, but the price of it is the same as the C1 (rigid) HGV licence, so a lot of people actually just go for that, and that covers them incase they go over weight/size dimensions of their vehicle. Also this country is getting a lot more camper vans of a bigger size, some of which require either the C1 or C licence. It will 100% be for either or both of those reasons. It’s laughable to think that a footballer would drive an HGV for a living after retiring. My dad is on the upper scale of what an HGV driver earns, and he is paid that much because of booth his experience, and the fact that he’s qualified to carry hazardous chemicals. One chemical he is allowed to carry, only 14 drivers in the country are allowed to carry it, not even ADR (hazardous materials) trainers are even qualified to carry it. His annual wage is probably the same as what Ritchie earns in a week.

They are trying to stop post season friendlies when there are international games. Need to put some blame on the players though. Far too many of them have seen the likes of Joelinton, Bruno, and Isak get very close to their man before passing it or going past them. A lot of our players seem to think that they can do that ask well and spend far too long on the ball. There are simple passes open and they either run into trouble, wait to be closed down, or make the pass to the player who has 1 or 2 markers on him. It has been a consistent occurrence in our defeats. We get so giddy from having a good win previously and seem to think that we are world beaters. There is no need to not be making the simple pass to retain possession, there is no need for Schar to pass back to the goalkeeper when every other player for us is in front of him and we have been pressing Palace, there is no need for Dubravka once he’s got that pass to keep a hold of it until their attacker is a foot away from him. It’s simple fucking stuff that even us on Reds vs Blues don’t do.
