Meh, just over £12 a game, can't complain.

They play a lot of mid week games though too so would be cheaper for me to pay on the door. Will have to keep an eye out for the fixtures to see

The prices at Gateshead seen pretty reasonable to watch a decent standard of professional football, and at least the money spent on Gatehead stays within the club for the good of the club and isn't syphoned off eleswhere.

Is he fit though? He is what they need like, a goalscorer. I'm actually canny excited about next season at the Heed! :D

When do their fixtures come out? Next week or something?

July 7th.

The conference don't have software to compile them, so they lock some bloke in a dark room and he takes 10 years to compile his masterpiece.

Dat ambition.

Gary Mills and assistant Darren Caskey have been working hard in the transfer market and terms have been agreed with four new players.

All four have Football League experience. Two are strikers and the other two defenders, a right-back and centre-half.

Mills has also offered a contract to another striker, for whom he is waiting for an answer, and is on the lookout for a left-back.

Experienced playmaker John Oster (pictured), fellow midfielder Rob Ramshaw and goalkeeper Alex Baird, meanwhile, will all be re-signing.

Last season's leading scorer James Marwood was offered a new deal but, as reported on this site earlier, has signed for Scottish Premier League side St.Mirren.

Marwood is the only player offered a new contract that has moved on.

"Marwood did very well last season," said Mills. "There were a number of clubs after him and we wish him well over the border at St Mirren.

"He was offered a new contract but decided to move on. He knuckled down and worked hard last season and, hopefully, he will continue to do well and kick on."
