I think you have a point with Les Ferdinand. Despite his age he'd probably be more useful and contribute more than the other retired striker we are using at the moment.

Watching highlights again, was a lovely move for the Longstaff chance 2nd half. Some really nice touches around their box, to create the opening.

I want us to win and I want to play good football.

There’s more like those happy to take their delights/sorrows one game at a time and those with more of a concern about direction of travel. Obviously people will care about both but wins in isolation/in bursts matter less to me these days.
