So pleased for him. Imagine being in his position, treated like shit by Pardew, handed over to Hull to be managed by Steve Bruce and then couldn't even play for Nice until the following season. Urgh. Last week Colo was odds on to be the manager so I don't think anyone really has a clue. It doesn't look great though. Carver as manager for one more game is bad enough - if he is here until the end of the season I seriously worry about our PL status

Was like Pardew hadn't even left. Great attacking start to the game but terrible decision making lead to the shit result. The substitutions were terrible. When Taylor got injured, they should have moved Dummett into CB and put on Haidara LB. Gouffran should have come off for Cabella when Burnley got back into the game whilst we were leading 2-1. We had 5 defenders and a holding CM on against Burnley at home. Awful!

Would be so fitting to be confirmed on page 666.

In an ideal world, I'd have De Boer. However, realistically, I'd be okay with Beardsley until the end of the season and then find a permanent manager in the summer. Wouldn't want Sherwood/Pulis anywhere near us (although they are both better than Pardew) but I have a horrible feeling that we'll end up with Pulis
