  1. I’d have MGW in a heartbeat, high energy, consistent and able to finish. Could easily slot into our midfield in my view for either Willock or Longstaff.
  2. Is it next year that people on the fixed deals expire? I’d imagine that it’ll be a fairly significant jump for some people and I’m not sure if the club still does the £100 kids tickets?
  3. Yeah I don’t understand that either. Same with two keepers, put someone like Harrison on the bench then at least you have an option.

I never really get the younger fans discussions tbh, how young are these younger fans? I’m 40 and tbh, find the younger fans (late teens to early 20’s) to be absolute bellends for the most part both home and away. I’ll split them into two easy groups….the wankers who have spaffed all over green street one two many times and the anti socialists who couldn’t talk there way through a dinner never mind a sing a song. I always find it a bit of a shame for the older fans tbh, aye they may not all sing and may not always contribute to an atmosphere but for the most part they’ve been through thick and thin and deserve more credit than they get for the most part. I honestly think that people’s ideas about what an atmosphere should be is incredibly inflated, maybe by a mixture of one off games and 30 second YouTube clips, I don’t know. Also, it’s not the 80’s anymore, we not in South America and my experience of Europe is that it’s mostly manufactured. Turned out to be a bit of a rant there.

Even the access, there’s a queue for the Gallowgate now that can take 20 mins to get in….how will an expansion improve that…unless they demolish the whole stand and start again but even then, access to the turnstiles at diabolical at times.

I’m leaning more and more towards a new stadium like, having tried to get around SJP on crutches yesterday it amplified how shite the facilities are, everything from getting into the toilets, finding and using a lift to the general concourse….its canny shite tbh.
  7. Does he bet on football should be the question.
  8. I still maintain that I wouldn’t release him for any fee and certainly not to Man Utd. If he is that good, if he is to be so critical to Mr Radcliffes terminal lucidity then we should just refuse to release him. After all, we wouldn’t sell Bruno or Isak to them, so why let the best in class, hub of the wheel go? To be fair though, the conduct of Man Utd leading up to and during the pantomime would be enough to make me dig my heels in.
  9. Yay, another former Milan Captain making his way over….cant wait to see what we uncover this time 😂
  10. Is it not the case that all but one voted to change the rules.
  11. Isn’t this exactly what we done to Everton with Gordon?
  12. Tripps has painkilling injections before every game.
  13. Que ChatGPT (Verse 1) From the banks of the Tyne, we rise, In black and white, our spirit flies. In a city built on sweat and toil, We stand together, in blood and soil. (Chorus) Newcastle, Newcastle, our hearts beat true, For Newcastle United, we'll always come through. In the streets we roam, in the stands we sing, For our working class city, let the memories ring. (Verse 2) Through thick and thin, we've seen it all, From St. James' Park to the local hall. With grit and passion, we fight the fight, In the shadows of our city's light. (Chorus) Newcastle, Newcastle, our hearts beat true, For Newcastle United, we'll always come through. In the streets we roam, in the stands we sing, For our working class city, let the memories ring. (Bridge) From shipyards to stadiums, we stand tall, In the face of challenge, we give our all. For the Magpies soar, as we stand side by side, In Newcastle's glory, we take pride. (Chorus) Newcastle, Newcastle, our hearts beat true, For Newcastle United, we'll always come through. In the streets we roam, in the stands we sing, For our working class city, let the memories ring. (Outro) So raise your voices, let them hear, In Newcastle's name, we hold dear. For in this city, football's more than a game, It's the heartbeat of a people, forever aflame.
  14. What the fuck is wrong with Gordon? Zero effort.
