About Doctor Zaius

  1. Voted stay, but could be persuaded by plans for a city centre location. Arena site would be perfect (no inclination to find out whether thats even possible).
  2. Just fucking leave it alone man. Who watched Man Utd v Liverpool on Sunday and thought, you know what, we need to change this. We dont. The game itself is one of the only saving graces when it comes to football, almost everything else surrounding it has been ruined.
  3. The thing is, it's not just Everton and Forest is it. Leicester also had FFP issues which contributed to their relegation. Wolves were in trouble and we're one of the favourites for the drop this season - Lopetegui walked out before a ball was kicked. Aston Villa have recorded losses incompatible with PSR. Any ambitious club that tries to challenge the 'big six' finds themselves in bother with PSR. Then further up the league, nobody can touch City. It's only through Klopp, one of the best managers the league has ever seen that City haven't won about 7 in a row or whatever it is. Of course it suits most PL clubs as it makes it harder for smaller clubs to come up and establish themselves. Being on the PL gravy train trumps all for the likes of Palace and Brentford. The Premier League was built on a free market and you had more titles shared across clubs than any other major league. Financial restrictions based on income are no good for competition. La Liga is completely skewed towards Barca and Real in Spain and look how dull that is. PL fast becoming like the Bundesliga (save for this season), only even more dull with an established top 6 most seasons.
  4. Forest now docked now. League is a total joke
  5. Used a free hit and I've finished on 13 points for the week
  6. Wouldn't mind a Man Utd win here, might keep that fraudulent bald pervert in a job until next season
  7. Chelsea fans booing Sterling when he touches the ball is fair disgraceful like. Our lot can be wankers but I can't imagine any players actually getting booed for touching the ball at SJP like
  8. Great play from Jackson. A red is correct like. A yellow and a free kick isn't suitable punishment for stopping that chance
  9. Get it up ye Raheem you little doyle
  10. Say what you like but what a fucking booooring team City are. Far better than anyone else, with far better players and a deep squad full of top class players yet it's fucking dull watching us play against them. It was bad at SJP watching them and even that was a relatively entertaining 3-2 affair. Peak Arsenal,Man Utd or Chelsea were never as dull as these cunts. Their plastic fans barely celebrating as they passed us to death. What a miserable game. Watched it in the pub but spent most of the second half playing darts with my back to the game.
  11. Honestly, this season has made me realise that it all seems a bit pointless. Prize money for coefficient nonsense. Man Utd earning four times as much as us despite performing worse. PL teams refusing to distribute money to EFL teams Man City having a free reign to do as they please to probably win a 7th league title out of 8. It's all starting to seem a bit pointless. An elite club and an entrenched status quo. As £44 went out of my bank account today I did start to think - maybe it's worth trying to take a step back from football.
  12. Either way, Europa League feels like a proper trophy. Conference League is a bit meh.
  13. So if England get the extra CL place, 7th is EL and 8th is ECL? Unless a team finishing below 8th reaches the FA Cup Final?
