That there's still a lot of hard work to do. Now answer my question, what should he have said?

 

He should have said that there is no hard work to do at all. This is as good as it gets.

 

I'm sure that would have been a lot more inspiring. :razz:

When hear that lined trotted out what does it suggest to you?

 

He's suggesting they'll work even harder to obtain results. Everyones miffed at this start but you're picking holes out of absolutely nothing.

Putting this out there....

But with Ritchie being a guaranteed starter (we dont seem to have many) a guy who has  has experience of promotion from league 1 and the championship, should he be captain?

Does it matter ? He leads without the armband.

Just making a point like, people didn't seem too happy with Dummett as captain

Yeah I didn't see the point in Dummett as captain. Some thrive with the responsibilty, some lead regardless. Dummet showed nothing to make you want to give him the captaincy again.
