Imagine there will be a load of changes and tinkering with these rules over the next few years like this. Still think the time will come when it'll be properly challenged.

What is the stated point of spending rules now then, if you can just pay even more money if you break them? obviously they tried to say that it was about stopping clubs from going bust and going wild with spending, so if these changes go through what is it meant to be?
