  1. He can do better than presenting on that channel!
  2. Fair points. Hence the on paper/what they have paid to assemble the squad comment. My observation was triggered by seeing they had the likes of Chilwell, Sterling, Mudryk, Badiashile, Chukwuemeka etc to bring on yesterday. Quite a contrast to our usual pick and mix options.
  3. Chelsea are full steam as well. No losses in six, must be best form of their season. Seems like Pochettino has finally got them into a way of playing which works. They’ve such a strong squad, on paper, and always have great sub options. I’d be leaving Jackson out for a bit if I was him.
  4. Re-posting this for easy view of all fixtures and guesstimate of final points. Do you think you’ll end up with less than 8 points from last five games?
  5. Onana, McTominay & Gallagher. All strong links. I think ‘we’ must want that kind of player. Perhaps one seen to be an improvement on what we have in a similar role/function for the team.
  6. He’s a perfect Howe midfielder. Represented England at all levels, 12 full caps, club captain at 24, covers every blade of grass. Think he’d cost too much now, unless we lose someone we don’t want to.
  7. 0-1 to relegation threatened Millwall; who had one shot on target. Tough to take.
  8. More worried about his head being turned. Here’s hoping he is truly happy here and confident of our continued growth.
  9. One in three in club career and a bit better than that in his performances for Slovenia (11 from 28). 6’5” and still not 21. Sounds like our kind of signing.
  10. These rumours have been rumbling on since at least January, when he was touted as a Wilson replacement. I know that could just be wild speculation gathering momentum, but makes you wonder. Think I am starting to get the first excited symptoms of transfer musth, like a bull elephant with the frisk on!
