I've said it all along they can change the frame rate (go back or forward a few frames) from when the passer kicks the ball to manipulate the result they want. Yesterday was the perfect example. It still annoyed me at how quickly they made the decision when it was such a close call. If it was the other way around, they would have given it no doubt.
