Kroos came off too but he was confirmed injured. Barcelona may be in turmoil but with Real Madrid relying on Benzema and Ramos they may end up winning the league by default. They've technically got a better front line. Not think Atleti have a chance? It's like back to the days of Pardew were you were just waiting for what excuse we'd get before and after the game. I hate all this pre match "we'll try to do something". Means nothing other than you don't have any tactics and you're just sending out the players to figure something out on the field. I really wish we'd look for a younger manager that maybe doesn't have a name but at least tries to implement a way of playing, at least then you could just go 'these players aren't good enough'.

His job would be a lot easier if we didn't have a midfield full of players who can't tackle, shoot, pass or move and offer options to the player on the ball.
