All of these suggestions are great, in the 40-60m bracket. Chiesa could be added to this list too. It depends what is classed as elite. For example Sesko as a second striker, elite or not? He is younger, and coming off a poor season. A pacy CB is important. As is a starting LB. A decent specialist DM even if they’re not a starter would be a good position to fill for certain games.
