  1. At the end of the day it's just up to Bruno. He seems very happy here to me.
  2. theres something i dont trust about 'radgie' keepers, i want the keeper to be the calmest one there somehow
  3. No result would really shock me, we are poor away from home, they produce similar form to the liverpool game could see them winning and tearing us apart on break with olise and eze both really good. Can also seeing them being utterly limp and uninspiring and us hitting them for a few. I really struggle to place this one lol
  4. imo one of the most fucked up things of ffp is it incentivising sellling home grown players. As annoying as longstaff and dan burn can be at times still love they're playing for the club they actually love. Gallagher being sold off just for financial wiggle room despite him being good enough for them? Not much romance there...
  5. man just scrolled back through teh early days of this thread and all the huge excitement at how good bruno could be and yet somehow he has turned out better
  6. What kind of fan are you not donating the rest of of your pay to help bruno afford it too
  7. Yep a replay can be higher deal financially for a small club. Taking that away to keep moaning entitled premier league clubs happy and make it easier for them to win is shocking. At the very least if they make these changes they should make sure draws are played at the smaller club automatically
  8. Make a killing with that in sunderland mind, apparently
  9. Honestly even conference league would be fun and we'd have a very decent shot at winning it.
  10. Meh, I know his flaws and all but he still has scored plenty of goals, just think really he seems better suited to being main man at a midtable team with a manager who will put arm round him rather than in the fishbowl/clownshow that is man u. Plenty good players been sucked down there.
  11. Rashford should stick to what he's good at, winding up the Tories
  12. Rondon was kinda class for us, then he went to China and when he came back for Everton looked absolutely awful
  13. I have a minor theory about defenders who go out of their way to start fights that they want to piss off the other team so much that they will go out of their way to try and nutmeg or beat them directly thus magnetically drawing strikers to them to get tackled and fail to take the more direct easy way to score. Or just maybe believe that a) their performance benefits from playing at all times furious, or b) regardless of daft reasons like above if the opposition are scared of how angry you are they wont play well near you. Which in retrospect the intimidation thing it definitely is but i can't really imagine premier league footballers get that intimidated by other premier league footballers? Maybe playing a lower league club in fa cup players will think may get injured by crazy tackles etc...
  14. It will grow, but i dunno if it can 'rocket'. We will definitely get there but we'll still be unable to afford players on man u wages for a few seasons yet.
