and i like it. basically that clubs should have to get by on what they bring in. you'll not get rid of the abramovic's etc of this world but instead of giving intrest free loans they would have no recourse to get the money back,they will have given it away to the club. will those that bankroll the spending be as likely to give the money away ? i'm not so sure they would..

don't know how enforcable it would be but it would make for better viewing and more interest imo.
