Steve Bruce (now unemployed)

No chance Redknapp is coming up here at this stage of his life, he’s got it good living where he does and he loves it down there, besides he’s been helping out at Bournemouth recently as well

He loves money though, if Ashley threw enough cash at him to come up for 3 months and a huge bonus if we stay up, he might go fir it.

I could see Pearson on a short term tbh. Think he'd keep us up too provided we dont start more than 3pts adrift of Fulham.

Hypothetically speaking, if Bruce has a big loss tonight and they pull the trigger who would come in till the end of the season Redknapp, Pearson, Howe?

Out of those 3 I'd say Pearson. Think he'd be most likely to get us out of this mess. Howe is almost the exact opposite to Bruce in the way he likes his teams to play amd I don't think he'd have enough time to implement his own ideas and start getting us the results needed to stay up. Wouldn’t entertain Redknapp.

Of course not, Bruce had him sat back defending, picking the ball up deep into his own half much like he has Saint-Maximin doing at present.

Steve Bruce is not even a manager any sensible owner would entrust to get a team into the play offs in the Championship, never mind win it. He has nothing going for him other than perhaps some vague respect for his playing career, although nobody under 30 can remember it and thus the current generation of players couldn't give a fuck about it. You wouldn't see Brentford, Swansea, Norwich, Bournemouth, Watford go anywhere near Steve Bruce. Yet we, the Premier League club did. Unbelievable man, our largely vilified owners don't get enough criticism tbh. Let off the hook for 10 years. Staring down the barrel of their third relegation. Good.

Anyone who thinks Steve Bruce will lead any side to a win over Manchester United at Old Trafford can seriously get their brains scanned and carved out.

Did he not do it with the mackems?

Drew 2-2. His only point there in 11 trips.

He defended his shite record there by arguing he was up against Sir Alex which sums the defeatist fat pleb up to a tee.
