We've just came off a CL season and have already sold Gordon for £80m. If we're still needing money then there's something off somewhere. I don't think we do though.
-
I try not to think like this and hope it's not the case but with him being hit with the huge ban just after he joined us you wonder if him and his agent knew this was on the cards. Whatever tell Spurs it's £100m and he goes nowhere until we've got his replacement through the door.

Tbf him, Bruno and Hall are the 3 I'd put down as not for sale under any circumstance. He does need to play more, and obviously that means keeping himself fit for selection for longer.

Would be tempted to rate Miley as a C as he only started 15 league games. Other than that I'd pretty much agree with that.
-
I suspect he already does.

Liverpool didn't really become a big club until the 60s. Everton were always Liverpools biggest club up until the 70s.

Problem we have is that nobody has a clue what we were last season. We weren't a front foot team, a pressing team nor were we a counter attacking one. Literally had no identity whatsoever.

I was at every one of those games listed there bar Chelsea away. The best of times following NUFC. Was pretty much my life. Loved it!

Anyone taking anything said on Twitter to heart/or seriously needs to be seeking help tbh. I've got an account on there but I maybe only go on once or twice a week (use it for Non League updates more) and I'd agree some of the abuse Howe gets, and talking personal abuse is, well there's no words really. I'll sensibly debate the pros and cons of him staying on as Newcastle manager on here as 90% can engage properly and reasonably. On Twitter that figure would probably drop to 20/30% so I wouldn't even bother. I also think a lot of them aren't actually NUFC fans.
-
Again more lies. Plenty of us did. I had my ST in the singing corner for some of his time here and believe me we gave him absolute dogs abuse which ultimately forced him to disband our section. I also took part in the Spurs boycott and various other protests so to say we didn't make a squeak is either you lying or you not supporting us at that time. It's one or the other. Whatever, stop making up stories.

I think if anything his stock is higher now. Last year was the first season since he arrived where we've had to make do without him and it underlined his importance as it was an absolute disaster. We can't function as a team without him. He's 28. Probably the peak age as a footballer. He's much better than what we are but I think he's so emotionally invested in us, as are his family, he won't be going anywhere. He'll probably go down as my favourite NUFC player. His loyalty towards us is off the scale.

I think you're doing him a massive disservice there mind. In my 43 years of supporting this club I can't remember a more influential player. By that I mean a player we missed so much when he wasn't there. A lot of what he does doesn't even register because we're looking at the overall picture instead of just focusing on him but he's a ridiculously massive player for us. He'd thrive even more with better players around him when he's not having to do pretty much everything.

That's probably his true value tbf. Everyone else in this Country tries to rinse us though so it's important we fight fire with fire.

Bloody hell. I'd rather talk about shelf fillers!
