You don't think his performances have dipped this season?
-
Unless we're planning to set up differently.
-
I wouldn't go as far back as 18 months, but second half of last season for sure.
-
Problem is we've not seen much leadership or authority from Tonali in about 18 months. He was shocking in both derbies and the hiding at the Nou Camp. He's a good player, but we've not seen that player for far too long now.

Just catching up with todays latest. Spurs would be such an odd move. Off the pitch it makes sense, London an increase in wages and all the trimmings, but where is his professional ambition? As for us, he'll be a miss, but he's replaceable. His engine, positional intelligence and general reading of the game are very good, but he also has some well discussed flaws in his game, which have existed since his days at Milan. £90 million plus would be good business, but we really should be aiming for a bidding war to push the price to the maximum. It never felt like he'd stick around long and this summer feels like an obvious off ramp, so no hard feelings. The only real frustration for me is I wish we'd get a replacement through the door before we let first team players leave, the same goes for Gordon.

I'd also like to have our replacement in before we cash in.
-
Sounds like Spurs are trying to put money down to get it done early. We should be slowing things down and hoping for a bidding war.
-
They want a full midfield rebuild and have an unlimited budget. Can see a world where they buy both.
-
I just wanted to get a dig in tbh.
-
Still think he ends up at City.
-
Also don't think we didn't notice that "step up" dig you spaghetti shagging parasite.

Not to doubt Fabrizio's stand up character or suggest there's an ulterior motive at play, but it is in his very vocal agent's beat interests to hurry City and Arsenal up.
