  1. Doubt Madrid will take less money because they have a good relationship Doubt player would pick Como over us in terms of wages.
  2. Chelsea seem to be treating the front of shirt like a premium asset they don’t want to undersell, and using short-term or delayed deals rather than locking into a lower full-season sponsor. In theory that can make more money, especially if the club’s profile rises mid-season. In practice, it can also backfire and leave money on the table.
  3. Am I missing something obvious here? Is the shirt for sale with no sponsorship on it? Why are people moaning if so? Like had years of people saying they hate the sponsor and why would you want to be a walking advertisement? Obviously something will get sorted for the shirt sponsor soon or we do a Chelsea.
  4. Got to be honest. I'm absolutely gutted.
  5. Fucking imagine how much more grim that cunt would make it.

  7. From who? Bruno Guimarães Bruno gave the strongest proper interview praise: “He has been amazing. He is so quick. When we get the ball to him we know he’s going to do something special.” “Nobody in the club deserves it more than him.” “He has been unbelievable for us, scoring, gives assists.” “He is a lovely guy as well, so I’m very happy for him.” Another report has the same quote as: “No one at the club deserves to be in the England squad more than him. He has been unbelievable for us. Always scoring, giving assists. He’s such a lovely guy too.” Kieran Trippier And Gordon said of Trippier: > “He’s one of my closest teammates, he always has been since I joined the club.” A separate report summarised the same incident as both players downplaying it and reaffirming their close relationship. Joe Willock On Gordon’s Instagram after the Benfica Champions League win, Willock commented: > “World class brother.” Nick Woltemade Same post, Woltemade commented: > “Great game twin.” Bruno again, on Instagram After Gordon’s Benfica performance, Bruno commented: > “MVP.” Jacob Murphy / Jacob Ramsey Reported as posting emojis in support of Gordon after the Benfica game. Not as strong as a quote, but still teammate support. Nick Pope, indirectly Pope was talking more about Tino Livramento’s England call-up, but NUFC’s official site noted Pope was joining an England squad that also included club teammates Anthony Gordon and Tino Livramento. Not really praise of Gordon specifically, but it shows Gordon had become part of that Newcastle/England group by then.
