This should and will be part 2 of PIFs term in power - out academy at U16 already has a few gems - and others scattered about in above age groups Key thing now is Training ground, expanded scouting, loans and possible multi club model - these should be the strategic aims over the next 4 years

Think we are about 4 years away from seeing the benefits of our work within the academy The club has done a lot these previous 4 years - the structure has been formed Really hope these next 4 years sees continued recruitment, a potential new training ground, better loans and hopefully a multi club model to develop some of these talents These things take time and patience but the signs look promising for a better future and hopefully developing some of these for our first team

Sahar, Neave, Park and Finneran all need loans next season - Cordero too - think they all need a step up from U21s to see if they can make the leap into first team football in the next 12-18 months

It’s going to be a tough call if that comes to pass as currently imo we need 2 wingers (one) on either side as it is - there is no way Murphy should be here next season and the priority should be to sell him first Its a tough job this summer for Wilson
