About Smal

never seen him play but wasn't that keen on him anyway x
-
miss the days when Bellingham used to work hard
-
got to be a yellow for the ref there
-
clear red for Depay there ffs
-
Van de Ven was miles behind both regardless
-
Van de Shitcunt 4 yards behind the rest of his back line just in case there was any chance of an offside
-
was always going to be a set piece wasn’t it
-
Van Dijk - a CB - attempted 74 passes that half, and Gravenberch - a midfielder - attempted 10. Absolutely rancid stuff

this is a hard watch. Dutch are playing 25/26 Premier League football.

the Brazil midfield is so… bad. You can’t play Bruno and Casemiro in a double pivot. Non-league teams would be able to run through them, let alone at the world cup.

yeah, I think defensively he's mostly done at PL level, but he should still completely dominate games on the ball in the championship whilst being perfectly fine defensively. Think it was a really good move for him tbh with a 2-year contract, but they've really fucked him around already.

I mean I can't believe that the club released all the media stuff with Trippier talking about how he'd agreed to join them because of the manager, only for them to sack the aforementioned manager the next day . He's every right to be pissed off.

El Mala to Brentford for £50m not happening because his mam said no

I guess our pitch has to be that he’s part of the first team squad this season and he gets actual PL game time, which he obviously won’t at Chelsea. It’s a gamble but we obviously rate him incredibly highly if we’re bidding this much for him considering his lack of pedigree. We will no doubt be using the Gordon Barcelona move as a pitch as well.

Sandro Tonali - Spurs have £80m bid rejected by NUFC (SSN)

I was devastated when we lost Anderson, especially once we found out the effective fee of £15m. His underlying data was really good every time he played and he looked like someone who just needed his position dialling in in order to thrive. I never expected it to be as part of a pivot to be honest, but in hindsight everything he did well was well suited to the role in the current game. He was already physically good, Howe said he was the fittest player in the squad iirc, and even in his early appearances he was leading a press and shouting at players like Bruno and telling them where they should've been pressing. Decision making and ability to nearly always play the ball forward were already evident too. He'd have played a lot more if not for injuries. But not just that, it was losing a local and a fan who'd gone through the academy. Those players are some of the only things that keep you genuinely connected to a football club in the modern era.
