Wouldnt harm trying Joselu and Mitro up front. Mitro would benefit from having someone alongside him in a 4-4-2 as opposed to him being the lone striker. Joselu reminds me of a Leon Best type player some one to take the hits against CB's for the opposition if we used him for that Mitro would less likely get radge over getting roughed up and is possibly a better bet to score atm. He seems to do alright when he is playing for his National side and he has two other forwards with him in a 4-3-3. But cannot see Rafa changing his formation. Obvs he cannot trust Mitro even last year in the Champo he shouldve got a bit more game time to build his confidence up. Probably better he leaves in January but until then give him a shot!

I am hopeful that this type of football is just getting the basics right and once we (hopefully) get a decent striker and number 10 we will kick on there have been a few games this season where we should have annihilated the opposition but Joselu has had his boots on the wrong feet and we havent been clinical. Just need this takeover to happen as soon as possible and get some quality in.

i think his last game was when we played liverpool and got batterred it was the most p*ssed off i have ever seen him. Could tell he was on the way out then.

His Performance down at Highbury when Henry couldnt beat him was immense and countless saves that kept us in games and kept us points. One of the best keepers in the history of the premier league in my opinion.

Joselu is like Leon Best in reality. If we played him alongside Mitro or Gayle he would be a good foil for them and do the holding up play etc. The thing is that we wont play two up front so we wont see this in reality. He isnt prolific by any stretch and hasnt been for most of his career.

They are saying on SSN that he has been sacked following clear evidence of inappropriate and unacceptable behaviour when he was managing Bristol's Academy back in 2014. Although he was found inoccent and cleared by FA safeguarding to be no risk in working in Football. What a load of gash this is. Totally Agree that the FA is backwards. Because why was he hired in the first place if this was a problem? and has lead to him getting sacked now? This has only come out as the FA are worried that this parliamentary committee are going to find out that every old fart on the board of them is a racist themselves.

Why? I don't think having a few quid on an accumulator warrants an 18month ban mind. Rio got 8 month for missing a drug test, Berahino got a minimal suspension for failing a test - both amount to serious cheating in my opinion. Meanwhile, Joey has a 5 team accumulator through the week for entertainment and gets 18 month. Just seems an extraordinary length of time for the actual non-effect his betting has caused. He's broken very specific rules 1260 times. He also placed bets on his own team to lose which opens up a whole new argument in terms of match fixing. the length of the ban is ridiculous and its only this long as its Joey Barton if it was any other player the punishment wouldnt be so severe. Regardless of the amount of bets he has put on which he has owned up to its still excessive and lets face it he isnt the only player who will be doing this. Other players have committed more serious breaches of rules and not faced 18mth punishments
