  1. Fuck the poor, we're alright and that's all that matters. This is nothing to do with fuck the poor. This is about being able to competently host a match. Think Man City will be paying ours when we go there? Same kind of wealth difference. Surely they carry them out for normal league matches? I would have thought each team should be responsible for their own testing regardless of opposition? Yes it would be a nice goodwill gesture, but this club isn't exactly renowned for that And what if - like Orient this week - half the Morecambe team turn out to be infected? EFL clubs don't test their players regularly as they cant afford it. We are taking a massive risk here for the sake of a few thousand pounds. Image if the whole team have to quarantine for two weeks, would cause havoc to our schedule Well that's my ignorance I'll freely admit. I'd assumed that all league teams were routinely testing. Simple solution should be if no test, then no match Its shocking really that EFL clubs aren't testing but money really is tight. Read somewhere today about Spurs paying for Orient's tests and more than half came back positive. Orient played PLymouth at the weekend despite a few of their players not feeling well... It should be the EFL covering the cost really, but for a club like NUFC to take such a risk over a few thousand pounds is just wrong

    Transfer rumours

Willems is terrible, barely played for Frankfurt last season and they are desperate to get rid of him
  4. Wycombe have just subbed on their manager!
  5. Pearson is an absolute wanker. Pissed me off no end last season when some of the "proper-football-man" pundits kept saying Pearson deserved credit for Leicester winning the league. Does he fuck!
  6. The main stream media are also starting to stick the boot in. From the Guardian:
  7. some absolute gems from a palace forum

  10. where did he live before coming here, Rotterdam?! cheeky fucker!
  11. Ian Wright defending the boycott on 5 Live. Just rinsed some soopafan who came on and said he can't stop going
  12. If Spurs and Liverpool weren't having such indifferent seasons then City would be in real danger of slipping out of the top four.
