The East Stand would need something done to it if all of the other sides went to level 7. Maybe it could be flattened and rebuilt a touch taller than what it is now with a steeper stand or at least one that uses the space better.

I am quite optimistic.  The valuation difference between both parties, if reports can be believed, are quite small comparing with each of their own upside / downside.

This is going to happen.

Unsworth is becoming more Carver-like after every game.
This. And the way he goes on about wanting the job is so Carver-like.

Everton really need rid of him because he's just making the players worse. Clearly they don't want to play for him or don't think he's good enough. Either way, players' confidence is rock bottom right now.
