 Bekele and Farah don't even look like they've broke sweat.
Had a few dances off her when I've been in Blue velvet with friends. She's one of the ones who will push her fanny in your face, usually I like that but hers smells f***ing rotten. Only had dances off her because she agreed to take less money for the dances when me and my mate said we were skint.

Just got back in from this, had such a good time, the atmosphere and everything around it is so good. I'm a bit gutted because I pulled my hamstring on about 9 miles and would have had a much better time, still buzzing that I finished though  :cheesy:

Love doing this.  8th time today, got a PB (01:55:28), and so far raised £205 for St Clare's Hospice.

Survived! New PB of 2:08:30 which I'm fairly happy with but felt much more hindered by the crowds this year. Reckon I could've done around 2:05 if I'd had a bit more space in some parts.

Enjoyable on the whole, first 5 miles didn't go too well and I could've happily turned around and walked back, but it picked up after that.

My mate noticed this after we finished. Not enough vaseline!

Website is too dead to find out my time. I think it's along the lines of 2hrs 22mins which I'm quite happy considering my preparation over the past months and days!

49 seconds over my target time, I blame the 7 min wait for the toilets at the 9 mile mark

Finished it at a time of 0:08:32. Quite pleased with that given the lack of prep and the fact I came close to quitting a few times.

The crowds were both good and bad- cracking atmosphere but folk got in the way, especially st the end. The people lining the roads were class, giving out biscuits, oranges, sweets and cheering everyone on- quality.
