ooo, big match Preview up with wor Papiss.
Before that why didn't the Wigan fans just walk the the Stewart's, the Stewart's only went up to the touchline, their was a big gap between the end of the Stewart's and the stand they could have walked through.

Not seen much of the city yet.
Looking forward to the game, been told a lot the pressure of the #9
Eto'o is his greatest inspiration in football, followed by Drogba.
Chelsea is who he followed in English football, so looks forward to that game most - makes a point that his heart is firmly with Newcastle now.
He loves Senegalese Tea.
Asked about who will score more between him and Demba, says he's more worried about working as a pairing for the benefit of the team than any competition between the two.

Q1: What are your first thoughts of Newcastle as a club and a city?
A: First of all, i know that it is a big club, a great club, at the moment i don't know much about the city, but what i've seen outside the city it seems nice.

A: What can i bring to the team? Well i'm going to do as i've always done. I've found a good place in this team, so i'm just going to bring what i've always done and always be there for the rest of the group.

Q4: How confident are you that you can uphold the glory of the number 9 shirt?

I keep wanting them to have any NUFC player doing it. Don't think we've had one since Championship season.

I've been there to witness the debuts of our last two African strikers; lets hope it's a case of third time lucky tomorrow.
Newcastle 4-4 Arsenal: "From impending tragedy to near-triumph via the most improbable route possible - 95 minutes that neatly encapsulate 130 years of football on this particular piece of grass. Newcastle, United, will never be defeated."

Sir Bobby Robson - What is a club in any case? Not the buildings or the directors or the people who are paid to represent it. It’s not the television contracts, get-out clauses or the marketing departments or executive boxes. It’s the noise, the passion, the feeling of belonging, the pride in your city.

Can't wait to see him in action tomorrow. I suspect he may be on the bench though but hopefully he'll come on for the last 20 minutes or so.

Eto'o thing doesnt suprise me as considering what i have seen of him, his style reminds me alot of Eto'o. Wiry build, pacey, superb off the ball movement, superb predator in the box and packs a great deal of power off either foot.

If he's half as good as Sammy we will be on to a good one  :snod:
