Thought it was an excellent opening episode. I didn't rush through introducing characters, but certainly set the scene nicely. Both the casting and the production was first rate, especially Tyrion "The Imp" who steals any scene he is near. All bodes very well for the rest of the series :) Lets hope they keep the current level of boobage up as the hot chicks certainly help as well  O0

thought it was awesome for a first episode

plenty of boobage and some great character introductions

Plenty?
Sir John Hall: "I was told that the man behind the deal was Mike Ashley and I sat with his representatives over three days thrashing out a deal. I was keen to know why they wanted the club and they were quite honest. They wanted to market their sports goods in the Far East and would use the club to help do this."

Almost fell asleep. Was stoned, but I thought it would help. Would like a little more pace to it, but it might get better. The opening scenes were awesome.

I was surprised how much they seemed to burn through the book in one episode, personally!

I'm suprised by how many people like it, even by people who I presume have read the book.

None of the characters are how I imagined them really and the accents man, awful. Just felt awfully cheesy to me.

Was thinking about starting on the audiobook of the first one, should I wait until after this series airs?  I also really liked the opening episode, a lot of intrigue and there's all kinds of background I want filled in on a ton of people....

First ep was pukka. Looking forward to see how it develops.

Just watched it Anytime, never read the books, no idea what it was about, but I'm intrigued after watching it. Bit of a slow burner but will stick with it for a while yet.

I'm going to have to watch this when I get back to England.

I'm hoping they don't change it too much from the books:  Spoiler

Thought the second episode was excellent, better than the first. Would agree that things are moving quickly and some of the characters are possibly not getting the time to develop that they deserve. I don't think we will truely know how good the pacing is until all the episodes have been viewed.

Also Tyrion is definitely the best character, steals every scene he is in :)

Also the only character I've been disappointed with is The Hound, definitely not scary enough. Though to be fair he's had very little to do.
