and the doc is not going to be about me.  who gives a s*** about the filmmaker, honestly?  I hate those films as well that highlight how dangerous it is.  It's no better than Geraldo Rivera.  I'm just amazed that I developed the cajones to do this.  Going to war is not in my nature at all. 

The film is going to be much bigger than this asshole.  It's about that on-off switch, that critical threshold in your mind, when death is preferable to the current state of affairs.  It's like the traffic jam.  At a certain level of traffic, cars travel in an unstable equilibrium until a tiny fluctuation causes a jam.  WWI started because of this as well.
If you are bathing in a tub of s***, it doesn't matter if you are sitting on the left side or the right side.  You are still bathing in s***...
