Nah.
Before that why didn't the Wigan fans just walk the the Stewart's, the Stewart's only went up to the touchline, their was a big gap between the end of the Stewart's and the stand they could have walked through.

Absolutely. Great back up for Krul!

Chris Hughton, simply the best manager we had from 2009-2010.

Shay can f*** off.  Just do what we did last time and bring back Srnicek.  He's still under 50.

Don't be so f***ing stupid. There's no way we should be bringing anyone who 'jumped ship' back to the club, particularly those who bottled it in January.
Pilko is too bright for such a young guy.

We will most likely stay up without him, so no thanks.

If he didn't have the history with us then I would obviously say yes, as he's a top keeper.

Nope, I have nothing against him but this is Krul's chance to show us if he's ready, would rather have him playing regularly than loaning anyone in.

I would bring him and put him on the bench to Krul and Harper.

Can I just add that the paper has obviously made this up and it is in no way happening.

Time to invest in our own future and let Krul play.  If we're not willing to play him now then sell him because he'll never be ready if he doesn't get some game time experience.

I'd rather discuss this than Drogba vs Shearer 97 to be perfectly honest.

Has anyone actually seen Soderberg play?  If he doesn't look decent, we should bring in someone like Turnbull.  Just a temporary back-up keeper.

Chelsea would probably deal with us again given that Van Aanholt went well, and was a similar deal.

If we didn't have Krul who looks potentially very good then I'd definitely take him, but because we do then no ;)

f*** man undecided on this one if this was true.

On one hand, he pisses on Harper & Krul quality wise.

On the other hand, he left us...although the circumstances then (that Liverpool game, Kinnear his manager, club in disarray, huge offer to join the richest club) you couldn't blame him.

I'm happy either way tbh.

Gotta say, I know it's a bit sad, but I can't help but laugh at the way the careers of all the deserters have gone.

Given: Warming City's bench, desperate to move.
Owen: 5th choice striker, career pittering towards an end.
Martins: Already been moved on, turning into a journeyman footballer and is struggling in Russia.
Beye: Villa reserves.

Duff had a good season and Bassong is doing well, but he's like what, 4th/5th choice CB for Spurs?

I´m a big fan of Shay and appreciate what he did for us for 12 years, but his time at Newcastle is gone and Tim Krul certainly deserves his chance in goal right now.
From Lillehammer, Norway. Tyneside is my second home.
