Will be offered a new contract in the near future according to the Sunday Sun - once Colo, Simpson, Guthrie reach their conclusion.
I looked into the eye of the Island and what I saw was beautiful.

Top top class keeper, and on current form is the best keeper in the league bar none.

Always thought Given was over-rated. Rarely came for crosses and would let it bounce in this 6 yard box.

There was a chance for them in front of the John Hall stand, everyone at the gallowgate thought that must be them scoring, yet somehow all i saw was Krul on the floor with the ball in his hand, looking forward to see what happened in the highlights.

That save he made right at the end was incredible - not sure how he managed to get to it AND smother the ball to prevent the rebound going in.  I reckon he kept us in the game in the first half as well

Incredible when you consider how long keepers can play for, plus he's only going to get better. Scary.

The smother was something else, like. Unreal. How close Heskey's foot was to his face too. :scared:

It's amazing how things have started to fall into place for us in the last year. For example we get one of the best strikers in the league for f*** all and this lad has just decided to turn into one of the best keepers around.

Would be criminal to waste this opportunity to build on what we have.
Before that why didn't the Wigan fans just walk the the Stewart's, the Stewart's only went up to the touchline, their was a big gap between the end of the Stewart's and the stand they could have walked through.

Krul was always going to come good at some time, he just needs to sort his kicking out but to be fair to him, others have to try harder to get on the end of his kicks.
"Hello, Bobby," he once greeted his England captain, Bryan Robson.

"I'm Bryan," the skipper replied. "You're Bobby."
