I don't know what the story is tbh. I'm certainly not aware of any forefathers in the UK.

I've always watched the Premier League highlights on German TV (around 10 years ago) and seeing Shearer scoring goals in that black and white shirt got me, somehow. (Not only Shearer, but he was probably the main attraction)

So, no big story, just choosing an English club to support instead of a German club.

Fair play tbh I've got foreign teams I take a liking to but I'd never be dedicated enough to call myself a supporter. But I suppose its a lot easier if they're the first team you really get interested in. Pretty much the same as what happened with me as I started paying attention in 95/96 so Newcastle quickly became my team, only later was I informed of my geordie roots.

Peru, Bolivia, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, and Brazil. All amazing places for a variety of reasons. Badly want to go Colombia though, most people i spoke to said that was their prefered country in Sth America. Argentina for me like
