When we spend a load of money in the summer, I hope we're going to hear a few apologies from those who, by that time, will have bored the rest of us to distraction with months and months of pointless moaning.

Ian Huntly is apparently sueing the Prison system because he got beaten up by a fellow prisoner.
f***s sake. Why doesn't our legal system allow us to tell people like him to just go f*** himself?

This is why we need Judge Judy.

Her reply to this would be 'Don't kill children and people won't try to slit your throat' and 'do a better job next time you try and kill yourself'

oddly it doesn't

it insists that even convicted criminals are protected from violence when they are in the hands of the Govt.

he thinks he is not being protected properly - he has to prove his case in a court - its called THE LAW

tbf he should be safe in prison, we are supposed to live in a civilised country where violence isn't the answer.
Don't think he should have the right to sue though, the people who should be keeping him safe should be fired.

Violence is sometimes the answer. When you come face to face with a c*** like Huntley, it definitely is the answer.

Hang on, it was another prisoner who did this, not a Robin Hood type figure. Say the other prisoner was a 'regular' murderer, would another lesser prisoner be able to cut his throat? Either we have secure prisoners or we don't. Why anyone wants to create a prisoner hierachy is beyond me.

Could swear I didn't say half that s***. Huntley deserves bad things to happen to him, it doesn't matter who does it as long as it gets done.

this thread is f***ing daft man
I made it my quest to seek out and listen to all the great British bands from years gone by to see for myself. What I found was that although all these other legendary British bands were f***ing great, the difference was that they had in my opinion nowhere near the quantity of good songs that Oasis have. Even the Beatles.

So Huntley deserves bad things to happen to him because he's done bad things?

No he deserves inhumane things to happen to him because he's done inhumane things.

Where does that end us up though ultimately? This is why we have a civilised legal system and don't settle disputes with massive sticks.

if we had a sensible one it'd have taken care of Huntley itself by now, as it is it's left to toothbrush wielding twats to do it's job for it

Thats all well and good for car thiefs and people who commit fraud. But when it comes down to a child murderer it just don't cut it.

Edit: A multiple child murderer I might add.
