...so you want N-O people to come along to your team's traning in order to raise funds for said team? :undecided:
They keep saying their strategy will take several years to implement, I accept this and realise that in the future we may be able to hold onto players much easier if we manage to achieve success without burning cash to get there. There's next to no point in overspending until you're in the s*** to get to Europe, only to fall out of it for several years and potentially enter relegation battles. Be frugal, spend the money wisely but at all times keep a core of good players in the side and try the utmost to create a core which is reasonably stable for three-four years.

I fully expect to get slayed and slated here for being a w***** apologist and maybe I'm wrong, maybe all they care about is lining their pockets and f***ing us over but you can argue it both ways. The haters have a more aggressive way of talking about it but we'll not know who's right until MA's ownership comes to an end.

If you guys like, I run training for my sunday league team on a wednesday evening in toon. I'm sure the boys won't mind anyone coming along, it's £2 subs per training session, which goes towards the team. Could certainly do with some fundraising lol.

Hopefully someone will find it useful, and it helps us out too.

This could be quite handy for any lads who dont play for weekend teams and could benefit from some midweek training without having to join a team, £2 is cheap enough

Yes,

Who-ever's interested gets the training they want/need, and I get a bit of fundraising for the team. Win/Win. I'm not forcing anyone to come, it's just an offer.

And to be honest, We could do with all the funds we can get, It's our first season, and in total it's costing nearly £1500 just to start up.

Are you free for the NOFC match?  Looks like NOFC need more players only 13 so far, and I'm one of them so thats the equivalent of 10.

Aye. Be even better if I wasn't going on holiday in a week. I'll be spending 19 days eating as much deep-fried, cheese covered crap as humanly possible.
