Kasabian

Just been sent this track. Doesn't jump out immediately but I definitely think it's a grower and will go down great at gigs. Especially as I think they're f***ing class live n arl.

The decision to resign was one of the most difficult decisions that I have ever had to take in my life. I believe that anybody who knows me and my attachment to Newcastle United and the North East in general will understand how difficult this must have been. They should stick "Fast Fuse" on the new album. It only got a limited release on an EP yet its one of the best songs they've done. "Fire" is also pretty cracking.

The self-titled album is insipidly boring imo, bar one or two tracks (Club Foot, LSF). It's just so f***ing meh. I mean, there's nothing you can point out and go "that is class" (guitar/drums/lyrics, whatever). I actually forget i'm listening to it within about four tracks.

They are a funny band, of the few people I know who are fans, they only listen to 2-3 songs.

Processed Beats, Club Foot, Vlad the Impaler, Empire and Shoot the Runner are all good tracks tbh. And so is that one that Tooj sent me the yesterday (Underdog I think?).

That's right. I stood and watched The Wombats at Leeds last year, rather than try and get a good spot for Rage. Didn't even go to Rage. :aww:

The Doberman's probably my favourite song of theirs live. Sned and Otter can testify to that.
