Time for a new gamethread!

Chelsea 1-0, Drogba.

Man Utd level with Stoke so far but Fuller's been a nuisance and has had a couple of half chances already.

West Brom are absolute fodder
“What is a club in any case? Not the buildings or the directors or the people who are paid to represent it. It’s not the television contracts, get-out clauses, marketing departments or executive boxes. It’s the noise, the passion, the feeling of belonging, the pride in your city. It’s a small boy clambering up stadium steps for the very first time, gripping his father’s hand, gawping at that hallowed stretch of turf beneath him and, without being able to do a thing about it, falling in love.” - Sir Bobby Robson

West Ham 1-1

That would be a great scoreline. Keeps Pompey within reach, and keeps West Ham behind us.

Some craic we go 5 or 6 points above Spurs today, media have been creaming themselves over Spurs for weeks while we have been in crisis

f***ing w*** this.  I've got to act as map reader for me dad as we've been sent to collect some of me mam's cousins from South Wimbledon.

Tried to explain the pair of us had plans to go to Charlton vs QPR, but the rest of the family weren't having any of it.

Boxing day football at any level > spending time with family I see once a year

Dempsey with an awesome scissor-kick shot which is well saved by Gomes. Fulham passing the ball around well.

Fat Frank with a clever chip. Everyone I know has him as captain of their fantasy team so that's just s***. He needs to get himself sent off in the second half.
