8-5 :pow:

What a tight, time game. Against the Lions ffs

We've beaten them both times that we've played them but only by a total of 3 points! Tarvaris, man! Get in, you useless c***!

Peterson should get some consideration for MVP. The Vikes haven't impressive but we're top of the division and he's the only making plays for the team. We've had Frerotte and Tarvaris starting as QB for our team, for f***'s sake. And Childress trying to throw as many games as possible. His fumbles haven't cost us. Fumbled 3 times on Sunday but two went out of bounds immediately and the other one was recovered by one of ours. If he fumbled in an important game at an important time, then we'd have something to talk about.

Saying that, DeMarcus Ware and Jared Allen should also get some consideration. Ware has 16 sacks already and he's had a sack in 12 out of 13 games this season. Allen's also been a one-man wrecking machine with 12.5 sacks after starting a bit slow. The Pittsburgh defense has also been quite insane (number 1 in every important category) so it's logical that one of theirs will get close to winning it since there's been no breakout offensive star in the league. Porter or Polamalu, anyone?

By the way, the Pats are back in :D

The Jets are crumbling, and it's awesome to watch. They're ahead of the Pats in terms of tie-breakers but with 3 to go, the odds are pretty much even. The Jets have got Buffalo, Seattle (away) and Miami. I think they'll win 2 of 3 so the Pats have to win out. The Pats have got the Raiders (away), Cardinals and the Bills (away). The Cardinals will be in the playoffs by that time so they should win their first two, leaving the game against Buffalo being a season-breaker.

The first wild-card will be the Colts as they've got a p*ss-easy last 3 games. The Ravens are playing well but they've got Pittsburgh next and then Dallas away after that. They could end up losing both and be behind the trio of Miami, the Jets and the Pats going into the last week of the season.

Buffalo's useless.

You don't have to say it. You can think it, but no need to put it out there.

Massive Eagles fan, used to live in Philly. Don't know if I see them making the playoffs, they are pretty inconsistent. That said, if McNabb and Westbrook click we're a pretty good match for most teams.
You're going to pay. In fear dollars.

Really looking in forward to the Ravens-Steelers game tonight, especially now that I am on break from school and am staying in Baltimore with some family. (although everyelse about staying in cold, dreary Baltimore for Christmas holiday, instead of going back home, is really pretty rubbish). This is probaly the most excited I can remember being for an NFL game as this is probaly the first year I've really tried to maintain interest by looking at the playoff position and every thing. The regular season is alot more fun when you can grasp the implications of what is happening. A win today would really put us in a fantastic position.

I think everyone does, but it's still amazing that they might win a game. Of course, they're playing the Colts, so you know Peyton is going to do some s***.
