Sell your iTouch O0
Won't get much for it, got a couple of scratches.
Anyone got either HTC S740 or HTC Touch Diamond? Or any other HTC-phone? Quite like the look of them, tbh.

Do you still got warranty on it? If you do, smash it with a rock and tell the insurance company your hamster did it.

Well I've had my Samsung Omnia for a few weeks now and loving it, p*ss easy to use, very powerful and responsive touch screen, good mp3 player, easy to customise and adapt and I've dropped it twice now and it just bounced off the floor, not a mark on it.

For 35 quid a month I get unlimited texts, 700 free minutes and internet, only bogey is the 24 month contract. Beats the HTC Touch Plus I had so I'm well happy with it.

I know you've got a touch, but just IMAGINE how amazing that device would be if it was a phone too!

I'm sure you can find a good home for the touch - maybe gift it to someone? Or if you keep it yourself, use it as a 2nd iPod for all those Jackie Collins audiobooks youve got, or just a mobile porn gallery. The options are endless.

Just ordered this. Not the prettiest looking, but one of the nicest cameras out there, and a decent multimedia player to boot. Recently stood on the screen of my old one, had it for 3 years though so it had a good run.

I'd really love an iPhone, but it's not what's right for me at the moment.
The contracts here for getting one are really s****, I'd have to sign up for a 18 month contract, with my minimum cost a month being £25, and on top of that I'd have to pay £270 for the phone. On top of that I'd still have to pay off my current contract that I've got some 8 months left on.
I'm also hoping to be moving to England in February, which would make that contract even worse.

I live in Sweden, mate, no way of getting the iPhone without this contract at the moment.

Narrowed it down to either Sony Ericsson G900 or Nokia N82, both cost pretty much the same.
Anyone got either of the two?

Just ordered an N82, getting it on Tuesday. If you can wait that long I can tell you what I make of it then.

What do you think of it, mate?
I'll either be buying that or wait for the n79. How come the black version of the n82 is slightly more expensive than the white one though?

Well personally I like it. screen is sharp, and a good size. Thing seems to boot and load things quite quickly. The camera is top notch, really good. Had absolutely no problem getting my contacts and music and stuff on there, the software it comes with is really simple and easy to use. Buttons are a bit fiddly, but I'm going to give it the benefit of the doubt and say that it just takes some getting used to. Overall a really good phone, I'm pleased with it. I think the blacks more expensive simply because the mirror sheen of the white one looks ridiculous, basing from reviews I read.

However I know nothing about the N79, so maybe you should read some reviews of that before deciding, as for all I know it could be twice the phone the N82 is.

It looks to be pretty much the same as N82 except with no flash but slightly better battery and, IMO, better design. It's lighter, not quite as thick and buttons look much more comfortable. It also got a FM-transmitter, so you can listen to your music on a radio. It's also built on Feature Pack 2 as opposed to FP1 as in N82, and it's supposed to be smoother.
I can live without the flash, I don't take many pictures anyway, so it looks like the N79 is the better option for me, as long as it's released soon.

Fair enough, the camera was the main reason I bought the one I did, so flash was a necessity in my case. If you don't need it then yeah the N79 sounds like the better option for you.
