Season 12: Episode 1: TONSIL TROUBLE
Cartman’s routine tonsillectomy goes horribly wrong in an all-new episode of “South Park." Coming off record ratings in season 11 and the now infamous “Imaginationland” trilogy, “South Park” returns for its 12th season with seven all-new episodes beginning Wednesday, March 12 at 10:00 p.m. on COMEDY CENTRAL. Fans will be able to download the uncensored version of each new episode from the 12th season on iTunes, xBox LIVE and Amazon Unbox.
The face of South Park could change forever when Eric Cartman is diagnosed with an incurable disease in the premiere episode, entitled “Tonsil Trouble.” When the support Cartman is counting on falls short, he has to take matters into his own hands.

My entire South Park collection (containing absolutely every thing ever done for it) looks to have disappeared when my motherboard got fried the other night. Don't think I can recover or access the data thats on my current hdd (this isn't my PC I'm on).

Gutted.

Proper mission getting everything back, I'm not looking forward to it.

South Park has a history of terrific season openers (Good Times With Weapons, The Return of Chef, With Apologies to Jesse Jackson etc) and I don't expect this to be any different.
We'll have some Cartman/Butters interaction, which are always hilarious to say the least.

Also, the Imaginationland-trilogy was released on DVD in the US yesterday. Directors Cut, uncensored with commentary from Parker & Stone.

Actually watched a couple of episodes of Family Guy from what I think was Season 2, it was a really good show back then. Sad what it has turned into these days, should never have been brought back as it got exposed badly once they ran out of funny one-liner type material.

Leaving us with the calamity of a TV show we have today.

South Park's seasons are split into two runs, which may as well be two separate seasons considering how hard it is to know which season you're actually watching.

Why can't you just take the hard drive out Melan?

New mobo takes SATA drives only, current (soon to be old) one is IDE, and previous attempts to transfer the data haven't yielded results.

It was a quick Google search, that's all, just to show it's easily done.

Yeah, I know. Should have made it clearer. Other disc drives would take the IDE connectors as it stands but the sticking point is that previous attempts to access or use the hdd to retrieve data or whatever haven't worked (using similar motherboard chipsets) so I'm not sure it'd work when I get my new mobo either. If I can't access or retrieve the data on there then that'd be too bad (South Park episodes are the least of my worries when it comes to it), if I have to reformat the hdd then fine but tbh I'm thinking I might as well just get a whole new SATA hard drive anyway because the one I've got now isn't as big as I'd like it (about 180gb, not enough really).

Might get an adapter anyway, but we'll see. No point ordering anything like that till I've tested the new mobo.
