So which personality is on this evening then David?
"I took the decision to resign in September 2008 only after very careful and anxious consideration. The decision to resign was one of the most difficult decisions that I have ever had to take in my life. I believe that anybody who knows me and my attachment to Newcastle United and the North East in general will understand how difficult this must have been. I very much hope that the decision of the Tribunal now confirms why I felt that I had no option but to resign from the position as Manager of the Club that I love."- Kevin Keegan speaking on 02/10/2009

I've got raging tonsillitis, swollen glands, earache, headache and a stiff neck. I'm thoroughly miserable and feeling sorry for myself.

So there.

Get well soon Cath. :)

f***ing man flu.  :weep:

Get a grip, 2J. :hmm:

Thank you babe.

I'm going to be in Barcelona next week. Do you want some photies of the Grilla?

That's a sweet offer Cath, but I'm hoping to be over in Barcelona in March. That said, I'm always happy to see photos of monkeys, gorillas, etc. Always nice to see the family. :)

I'd like some photies of a nice paella, so that Keef can truly appreciate the food, and then make one, and show us all!

Cos frankly, i love the quaint innocence of home cooking, over some of the tripe we (mainly me) post on here
"You're giving ME the 'it's naat you it's me' routine? If it's anybaady, it's ME!!"

Jonny, do you want me to ask Messi how he feels now that he's no longer a stunted-growthed-midget-mong?

I was wondering how long that would take.  :dave:

Don't think I've ever been as ill as I am right now, had a chesty cough start yesterday which became a fully fledged cold. Stupidly went for a drink yesterday in said state and managed one bottle before my chest started to ache, so did the sensible thing and left to walk home. This raised further problems when I had to stop every couple of minutes to catch my breath, and I also realised my legs and back were aching. Eventually got in and went straight to bed, where I lay wheezing for about 3 hours before having those damn "Cold dreams" where some crazy s*** happens and you have no idea what is going on. And now its 6 in the f***ing morning.

Exact same happening to me. :undecided:
You will not be punished for your anger, you will be punished by your anger.
We ourselves are responsible for our own happiness and misery. We create our own Heaven. We create our own Hell. We are the architects of our own fate.
Student says " I am very discouraged. What should I do?" Master says, "encourage others."
We are what we think. All that we are arises with our thoughts. With our thoughts, we make the world.
It takes a wise man to learn from his mistakes, but an even wiser man to learn from others.
This is what should be done. By one who is skilled in goodness, and who knows the path of peace: Let them be able and upright, straightforward and gentle in speech. Humble and not conceited, contented and easily satisfied. Unburdened with duties and frugal in their ways. Peaceful and calm, and wise and skillful, not proud and demanding in nature. Let them not do the slightest thing that the wise would later reprove.

Being out in the rain on Monday f***ed me something rotten. On wednesday I started the day off fine, but by midday my whole body just went mental. My eyes wouldn't stop watering, my nose wouldn't stop running, I couldn't feel my hands, feet or face, I couldn't stop shaking, couldn't breathe properly and I turned blue.

Today, I was fine and back to work  :idiot2:

Kill their servants
Burn their homes

Hail and Kill
Power and dominion are taken by the will
By divine right hail and kill

Had a bad virus last week, i seem to have it back, was sick about an hour ago and since ive been shivering alot, either because im cold or there is something really wrong with me :( No one else was complaining about being cold this morning, and i wasnt cold before i was sick :( Bad times, had to cancel a meeting with my lecturer and work placement employer aswell, i reckon the later hates me as ive only been once this and last week with this fecking virus, hes never believing me! :(
“What is a club in any case? Not the buildings or the directors or the people who are paid to represent it. It’s not the television contracts, get-out clauses, marketing departments or executive boxes. It’s the noise, the passion, the feeling of belonging, the pride in your city. It’s a small boy clambering up stadium steps for the very first time, gripping his father’s hand, gawping at that hallowed stretch of turf beneath him and, without being able to do a thing about it, falling in love.” - Sir Bobby Robson
