Getting the God like genius award at the NME awards

I made it my quest to seek out and listen to all the great British bands from years gone by to see for myself. What I found was that although all these other legendary British bands were f***ing great, the difference was that they had in my opinion nowhere near the quantity of good songs that Oasis have. Even the Beatles.

The first track from the Amorphous Androgynous collaboration, 'Shoot A Hole In The Sun', is being released as the b-side to Dream On which is due on March 12.
Newcastle 4-4 Arsenal: "From impending tragedy to near-triumph via the most improbable route possible - 95 minutes that neatly encapsulate 130 years of football on this particular piece of grass. Newcastle, United, will never be defeated."

Seen Noel tonight at the MEN Arena.

Quality stuff, the choir really adds a touch of class too. He came on to the new mix of If I had a Gun, sounded really good.

Best song of the night for me was Whatever, although honourable mentions for a stripped back version of Supersonic and the brilliant Everybody's on the Run.
You were supposed to be the chosen one!

Seeing him Friday night. The set list is the exact same as when I saw him in October but Wonderwall has been dropped for Whatever, which will be cool as I've not seen Whatever before and seen Wonderwall twice. It'll be interesting to see how the choir and brass goes this time around as they weren't there the last time.

Can't wait for tonight. :)
"I took the decision to resign in September 2008 only after very careful and anxious consideration. The decision to resign was one of the most difficult decisions that I have ever had to take in my life. I believe that anybody who knows me and my attachment to Newcastle United and the North East in general will understand how difficult this must have been. I very much hope that the decision of the Tribunal now confirms why I felt that I had no option but to resign from the position as Manager of the Club that I love."- Kevin Keegan speaking on 02/10/2009

Aye, Sports Direct jibes aside, absolutely f***ing brilliant. Exceeded all expectations. Only disappointment being the lack of Masterplan, especially considering he'd brought the choir, but that's only the tiniest of disappointments.

Wish i'd got a ticket now. Would never beat seeing Oasis though surely?

Came close.

Highlight was probably an acoustic version of Supersonic. Not many people could fill an arena with an acoustic guitar and make it seem like an intimate gig.
