It's still interesting because I want to be able to take photo's like these. If I also need to be an expert using photoshop I've got a big job on.

They're not digitally enhanced; he (or she, of course) just used a tripod and a slow shutter speed.  Slow shutter speed makes moving things blur like that.  It's a cool effect, and those are top pictures

Heh.. I always use B&W because I'm pretty much entirely colour blind and I can't do the necessary post-processing very well without other people's help (usually the people who ask me to take their picture)

Of course, B&W with the contrast knocked up always looks better anyway.  In my humble opinion.  Although perhaps that's the colour blindness talking
