A teacher has been sacked for telling children there is no Santa.

Parents were furious when their kids returned home telling them they had also been taught elves and fairies did not exist either.

The supply teacher, in her 30s, had her contract terminated after complaints to the head.

According to the Sun, mum Amanda Piovesana, 30, said: "It's taken away the magic."

Another mother of a pupil at Boldmere Junior School in Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands, said: "Everyone is disgusted."

Head Diane Thomas-Wood confirmed: "We have followed up the matter with the agency."

Hate to get all controversial but things won't change until it comes back. Fact.

I'm at the sharp end and the only thing the little c***s fear is physical punishment. Until it's re-introduced, this country will continue to spawn generation after generation of scum.

No, I totally agree mate.

Even just removing the threat of physical punishment was a big mistake...that was always enough to keep me in line. Then they abolished corporal punishment, and I became a gobby little b****** who threw his school bag at his maths teacher's head and called him a b****** for giving me a written punishment exercise for being 5 mins late for registration.

Disgraceful when I think back about it now. So ashamed!

I was a right one as well.

Although if a teacher was sound, then i was too.

I would take a punishment for being 5mins late no worries, but i had a teacher (my form tutor teacher) who would put you on detention for coming in the class when the bell was still ringing (no s***). A 30min detention after school, this was in my 1st year of high school, so i took it, about 4-5 times as well, then something snapped, I told him to fuk off, told him if he booked me again i'd rip his face off, proceeded to throw a Bunsen burner at him, and filed an official complaint in with the headmaster just after i stormed out the class punching the walls.

He was a bully unfortunately, and his victim was me, its where my temper evolved from, its also why now i can never let someone get the better of me, was such a nice boy. 

Fuking dick, hope he's dead tbh.

I assume the kids were very young, in which case it serves her right. I'm not too into Xmas (I like Xmas day with the family but that's about it) but probably the best thing about it is how it still has an element of 'magic' for little kids.

She was a supply teacher so I would imagine they (quite rightly) just got rid of her and asked for a different one. I would guess she hasn't got a leg to stand on should she appeal.
