I've never made any secret of my dislike for Jenson, but was delighted when he won.  Cracking race too.  I think he had the beating of Alonso and Raikkonen even if they'd kept going.

New season started..thought perhaps this could get a bump in case anyone is watching it and stuff.

Gonna be a great season imo...so fresh with everyone mixing it up a bit and all that.

Kimi on poll for tomorrow with lil' hamilton in 4th....woo can't wait!

Next year, they are thinking of having stability controls, which will mean that drivers will only have to adjust their position on the straights. All the accelerating, braking and cornering will be done by computers.
I looked into the eye of the Island and what I saw was beautiful.

Doubt that will come into play...taking the "people" out of the sport would result in the death of the sport..and surely i'm not the only one that can see that...

Oh, by the way, anyone remember the "I was having a s***!" interview from Brazil last year?

I think this season will be great to watch.I wanted Alonso to stay with Renault but that didnt happen.I still like him but Im a Renault supporter so Im not going to support McClaren.Honda looks good,or Sato I should say.No surprise from the big guns, still looking good as ever.Im very impressed with Hamilton. It would be interesting to see how he will perform in the race later.Cant wait  for it!

whats song on f1 start???

That's 5 goals in 6.

So? If our target man was any decent it'd be more than that with our long ball tactics tbh.

Highlight for me so far was the interview with the Minouge sisters before kick-off........or start-off or revv-off or whatever they call it.. :cheesy:

So Kimi has won the race, well done to him.Alonso came second while your boy,Hamilton finish in an impressive 3rd position and he is the first rookie driver to have finish in the top 3 position since back in 1966.Thats like a long time ago.Fisichella finished 5th,which is not a bad position while his teammate, another rookie, havnt remember his name yet, finished 10th.It was an exciting race in my opinion and I cannot wait for the next one.

Yeah great race. Kovatilainen was the name of the other rookie who didn't do so well. Its ironic because everyone was say that hamilton would suffer from all the expectations and everything while Kovatilainen would be able to drive without really being watched and thus could make a suprising start. As it turned out it was totally the opposite.

With mclaren, it seemed they wanted alonso to get as high up the field as he could get what with hamilton pittingbefore him for the 2nd time...If mclaren had some balls they would have let hamilton get 2nd...but i guess that would have royally p*ssed of mr. alonso...

Great season starter tho....i like how mr. coulthard used that young austrian fellow's car as a ramp...which almost took off his head....
